Our General Manager, Ron Svien, was born in Williston, North Dakota and raised in Eastern Montana. He attended Montana State University and The San Diego Golf Academy. Ron is the perfect Team Leader for Richmond Country Club and has previously served as the General Manager of RCC from 1989 to 2006. Ron left Richmond to manage the Missoula Country Club in Missoula, Montana (his home state). He then returned to the Bay Area serving as Berkeley Country Club's General Manager from 2012 to 2018. Rancho Murieta Country Club appointed him their General Manager in 2018 and Ron returned as General Manager of RCC in December of 2020.
