Richmond Golf Club's lush, parkland golf course is a championship layout of beautifully maintained fairways, short rough, subtle greens, and bunkers that challenge the finest of players. Considered a Bay Area treasure, RCC is known for its open space and scenic views of the Marin shoreline and San Pablo Bay. Coastal topography and  gently rolling hills make Richmond a wonderfully satisfying golfing experience.

  • Hole #1 is a great risk/reward par four which doglegs to the right. Big hitters must decide whether to lay up safely short of the fairway bunker, or go for the big tee shot which brings the lake into play.

  • Hole #2 is an uphill Par 4 requiring a long, accurate tee shot to ensure a short approach. The green is well protected by bunkers on both sides.

  • Richmond Country Club's signature Hole #3 is affectionately known as the shortest Par 5 on the course. Once you play this uphill Par 3 you will appreciate its magnificence.

  • Perhaps the best Par 4 on the course, Hole #4 features a downhill tee shot with an uphill approach. The tee shot must carry far enough to ensure a level lie. The sloping green is guarded on both right and left sides by bunkers.

  • The shortest Par 4 on the course, Hole #5 is protected by a tree lined fairway and the prevailing winds. On the green, your concentration might be distracted by the views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge.

  • Hole #6 is a tight Par 4 that doglegs to the right. A drive to the left will catch a fairway bunker, while a miss to the right will require a punch shot from the trees. An undulating green will require your utmost putting skills.

  • This long, downhill Par 3 requires a long iron or fairway wood to reach the green. A miss to the left or right makes par a difficult score to achieve.

  • Hole #8 is a straight-away Par 4 with strategically placed fairway and greenside bunkers. Approach shots hit to the front of this sloping green often roll back to the fairway, making club selection difficult.

  • Richmond Country Club's shortest Par 5, but it usually plays into the prevailing wind. This hole is tree lined from the tee to a well bunkered green.

  • Hole #10 begins the difficult back nine with a long, straight away Par 4. Even a good drive will leave a long approach shot. Par on this hole is well earned.

  • This beautiful Par 3 is the shortest at Richmond Country Club. Don't be distracted by the aesthetics, however. The deep greenside bunkers make accuracy off the tee a must.

  • This long Par 4 is number 2 on the handicap chart and lives up to its rating. A long drive is required if you want to reach the green in 2 shots. Par is a great score here.

  • The longest hitters seldom reach this Par 5 in two shots. A tree lined dogleg right that requires consistent shot making to achieve par.

  • This short Par 4 plays more difficult than it first appears. Accuracy off the tee and to the green is a must. The green is well protected by 3 large bunkers.

  • Another Par 5 that is rarely reached in two shots. The drive on Hole #15 will leave you with an uphill second shot, often followed by a long approach to the green.

  • Hole #16 is a mid to long Par 3 that is protected by very large bunkers. A tee shot that lands in the left side bunker can leave one of the hardest shots in golf, the long explosion to a tight pin.

  • A beautiful, straight forward Par 4 that is protected by both fairway and greenside bunkers. There is a great view of San Pablo Bay and the Carquinez Straits to the west.

  • Richmond Country Club's best Par 5, Hole #18 requires accuracy from the tee to the sloping green. This hole is a dogleg left that slopes to the right. A great finishing hole that decides many matches.
