Linen Selection & Rental:

• We provide high quality fabric tablecloths and napkins in a wide variety of colors.
• We will also provide standard buffet drapes (colors may be more limited).
• Our catering sales professional will assist you with ordering any specialty linens through our vendor.

Service Charge & California Sales Taxes:

• There is 20% service charge, plus applicable California state sales taxes applied to all food and beverage.

Beverage Pricing & Policies:

• Richmond Golf Club must provide all beverages.
• We will gladly special order keg beer, wines and liquors.
• Under pre-arranged circumstances, wine can be brought in by paying a per bottle corkage fee.

Room Rental Rates, Deposit Requirement & Other Fees:

• Event minimum in total sales excludes service charge and California State sales taxes.
• A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required at contract signing. A guaranteed minimum headcount and full payment is due two weeks prior to the event.
• A charge of $300 per hour will be added for extended time (the day of event) should the event coordinator require more time.

Ballroom Rental Rates:

• Our combined ballroom seats up to 300 with a dance floor (340 without the dance floor).

Event Times:

• Day time events may start as early as 6:00am.
• Evening events may start at 4:00pm or later.
• All events must conclude no later than 12:00am.

Select Mondays we are open to non-members to host outside tournaments. We can accommodate a minimum of 80 to a maximum of 140+ golfers.

• Our patio space has a view of the first tee, and is adjacent to an L-Shaped dining area which can seat up to 200 guests for dinner.
